Roemer Designs LLC is a creative studio in New York City run by Emily Roemer. She was previously the Senior Designer at The New Yorker. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from LSU and an MFA in Design from the School of Visual Arts in NYC.

The Transponder is a magazine that examines the state of the transatlantic partnership in the past and present to determine the factors needed to maintain its strength. I worked with the team at the Berelsmann Foundation to create their first issue of the Transponder and the branding surrounding the magzine. I did branding, layout, illustration, typograhpy, and art direction for the first and second editon of this magazine. This is an ongoing project so look out for more.
